How do I clean this bag?

You may either hand wash the bag or use wet wipes on the interior & exterior of the bag, then air dry. Do not machine wash, machine dry, bleach or iron this bag.

What is the storage capacity of this bag?

This bag has an internal volume of 24L.

Can this bag be used to store chilled milk?

We advise against putting chilled milk bottles for extended periods in this bag as the interior is not insulated.

What is the warranty policy for this bag?

This bag is covered by a 12 month limited policy from the purchase date. This policy covers any manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship when used under normal conditions, including defective stitching, zippers, straps, buckles or other structural issues that will affect everyday use of the bag.

How long will it take to get my orders?

All orders fulfilled in West Malaysia take between 2 - 5 business days to arrive. Orders made before 11AM will be fulfilled on the same day.

All orders in East Malaysia will take between 5 - 10 business days to arrive.

Finally found a diaper bag that’s both practical and pretty 🤎 I got this in mocha colour and honestly, it matches everything while still looking classy and minimal.
