The Insulated Cooler Bag can keep bottles chilled for up to 10 hours with 2 ice bricks. Please note the duration may vary depending on the quantity of ice bricks used.
How to clean the Insulated Cooler Bag?
Before cleaning, ensure the Insulated Cooler Bag is empty. Use mild detergent/soap and a soft cloth, then gently wipe to remove minor stains. For major stains, hand wash with warm water and mild detergent, then use a cloth/sponge to gently clean the interior and exterior. Rinse thoroughly with water and dry under the sun.
What is the warranty period?
Our products come with a 12 months warranty period; starting from the purchase date.
Our breast pumps come with a 12 month warranty period starting from either the purchase date or the date your baby is born (whichever comes later).
What is your warranty policy?
All defective & damaged products will be replaced 1:1 with the same product. Please contact our customer support team with your receipt and/or order number to claim your warranty.
How long will it take to get my orders?
All orders fulfilled in West Malaysia take between 2 - 5 business days to arrive. Orders made before 11AM will be fulfilled on the same day.
