What nipple size is the Egg Pump suitable for?
The Egg Pump is a one-size-fits-all design, suitable for anyone with a nipple size under 28mm. No funnel insert is needed.
How do I wash the Egg Pump after use?
The Egg Pump consists of 3 parts to clean; the Suction Control Hub, Connector and Collector. We recommend thoroughly washing each part with hot water after emptying all collected milk. Hot water should not be more than 70°C.
How can I sterilise the Egg Pump?
We recommend sterilising your Egg Pump with either a UV steriliser, steam steriliser or with hot water.
- If UV sterilising or steam sterilising, follow your steriliser's respective instruction manual for recommended timing.
- If sterilising with hot water, rinse in hot water for 5 minutes while ensuring parts are fully submerged.
What is your warranty period?
The Egg Pump comes with a 14-day warranty period. This warranty period starts from the date of purchase.
What is your warranty policy?
All defective or faulty products are eligible for a 1:1 replacement at no additional charge. Please note the warranty period does not cover;
1. Damage due to accidents, improper use, or failure to follow care instructions
2. Normal wear and tear
3. Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
4. Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications. Issues from using incompatible accessories not distributed by Supermama Lab Sdn. Bhd.

How long will it take to get my orders?
All orders fulfilled in West Malaysia take between 2 - 5 business days to arrive. Orders made before 11AM will be fulfilled on the same day.
All orders in East Malaysia will take between 5 - 10 business days to arrive.

Already started to use this egg pump. Omg this pump is really cool and magic, i bought only 1 piece out of curiosity because wonder how it works without electric suction and vacuum. But it works well.. so its time to get another piece and use as a pair. Wonderful product and highly recommended to buy.

This is definitely a great ‘pump’!
It helps a lot in collecting the milk in other sides while nursing. And it is so easy, just slip in to the bra, press to ‘activate’ the suction, the next thing I know I have collected quite a bit of milk on it.
The only thing is the container is about 3oz, there is once the milk I collected was overflowing and it spilled on myself. Other than that, this is a ‘must to get’ to ease the breastfeeding journey.
